Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - ITSM/IAM/HAM/Asset managment/SCCM

Responsibilities
.Strategic Leadership:
oLead the overall infrastructure strategy for data centers and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
oDevelop and implement policies, standards, and best practices for infrastructure reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
.Team Management:
oManage and mentor cross-functional teams across Cloud, Backup, Storage, Network, Linux and IT Service Management domains.
oOversee resource planning, performance management, and capability building within the infrastructure organization.
.Operational Excellence:
oEnsure high availability, scalability, and performance of IT infrastructure and cloud services.
oDrive continuous improvement through automation, observability, and proactive monitoring.
oOversee backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data protection and business continuity.
.Cloud & Data Center Management:
oManage hybrid environments integrating on-prem data centers with public/private cloud infrastructure.
oOptimize costs and performance across infrastructure platforms.
oEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies aligned with business goals.
.Governance & IT Service Management:
oImplement ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management).
oDrive compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
oPartner with stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence and service quality.
.Observability & Tooling:
oLead implementation of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to enable proactive infrastructure management.
oEnsure end-to-end visibility and performance tracking across systems.

Required Skills & Experience
.Hands-on experience managing data centers, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), backup and storage tools, and network operations.
.Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL) and modern observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk).
.Proven experience in team leadership, vendor management, and infrastructure transformation projects.
.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
