Inviting applications for the roleLeadConsultant-Dynamics 365 Technical Developer

We are seeking an experiencedDynamics 365 Technical Developerto provideL2/L3 support, system administration, and DevOpsservices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and related components. The role requires a strong understanding ofERP technical architecture,Azure DevOps pipelines,system performance monitoring, andenvironment managementacross DEV, UAT, and PROD instances.

This position involves working closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and client IT teams to ensuresystem stability, performance optimization, and continuous deliverywithin a managed services framework.

Responsibilities

Technical Support (L2/L3)

  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and resolution for issues escalated from L1 and functional teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues inX++ code, integrations, data entities, batch jobs, and system performance.
  • Performroot cause analysis (RCA)for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
  • Manage andmaintainintegrations with external systems (via Data Management Framework, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, APIs, etc.).

2. System Administration & Environment Management

  • Coordinate withMicrosoftfor service requests and environment-related activities.
  • Monitorbatchjobs, alerts, system performance metrics, and database health.
  • Handleuser access management, security roles, and audit compliance activities.

3. DevOps & Release Management

  • Design, implement, andmaintainAzure DevOps CI/CD pipelinesfor build, deploy, and release automation.
  • Managecode branching, merge, and version controlin Azure DevOps repositories.
  • Coordinate build validations and code deployments across multiple environments (DEV UAT PROD).
  • Ensureadherence to release governance, quality gates, and deployment documentation.

4. Continuous Improvement & Optimization

  • Work onperformance tuning,code refactoring, anddata cleanup activities.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to implement system enhancements and automation solutions.
  • Identifyopportunities for optimization usingPower Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)and Azure services.

Qualifications weseekinyou !

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strongexperience as aTechnical DeveloperorTechnical Support EngineerinDynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012).
  • StrongexpertiseinX++ development, extensions, AOT, data entities, andintegrations.
  • Hands-on experience withAzure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Boards)andD365 LCS environment management.
  • Good knowledge ofD365 System Administration,Batch job monitoring,User and Role management, andDatabase performance checks.
  • Understanding ofdata migration,Logic Apps middleware,Power Platform integrations, andAPI-based connectivity.
  • Experience inCI/CD pipeline setup and release automationfor Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity withSQL Server, Azure Cloud Services, and Application Insights.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on incident prevention and system reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified:Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Developer Associate.
  • Experience inManaged Services or AMS modelfor global ERP environments.
  • Exposure toPower BI,Fabric, orAzure Data Lake integrations.
  • Basic scripting knowledge inPowerShellorPythonfor automation.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communicationand coordination skills with multi-functional and client teams.
  • Ability to work in a24x7 support environment(on-call rotation may apply).
  • Proactive mindset with ownership of incident resolution and improvement initiatives.
  • Strong documentation discipline and adherence to support SLAs and ITIL practices.

Education:

  • Bachelor%27s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)preferred.
