Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Expert to join our Treasury ADA analytics team . The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced visualisation solutions that support liquidity risk management and treasury operations. The role requires a deep understanding of financial data, risk metrics, and the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Location: Bengaluru/Chennai/Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports focused on treasury activities and liquidity risk.
- Collaborate with treasury 1LOD, risk, and finance teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored visualisation solutions.
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and key risk indicators.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all visualisation outputs.
- Optimise dashboard performance and user experience through best practices in data modelling and visual design.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and technical stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests related to liquidity risk and treasury operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in Tableau, including advanced dashboard development, data blending, and calculated fields.
- Strong understanding of treasury functions, liquidity risk concepts, and financial instruments.
- Experience working with large financial datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-driven with a demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks.
- Team player who collaborates effectively across technical and business teams.
Advantageous Skills:
- Experience with Superset and Qlik for additional visualisation and reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
- Prior exposure to banking or financial services environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Tableau or data visualisation tools are highly desirable.
