Job Description

As a Principal Business Systems Analyst, Order Management you will develop and implement Information Technology and management information systems within the Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications. You will partner with the business system analysts, business users and technical teams, to ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of our IT solutions. You will manage the change control process, gathering end-user requirements, involving in developing, testing, implementing, support and maintaining IT solutions in Oracle EBS environment.

  • Act as a liaison between business teams and IT to elicit ideas and requirements, provide guidance and validate requirements for application changes.
  • Lead the development of functional specifications, implementation, maintenance, and support for sales processes within Oracle EBS.
  • Collaborate with global teams on the design, development, deployment, and enhancement of Oracle R12 eBusiness Suite applications.
  • Drive end-to-end solution design and integration with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Provide technical leadership leveraging Oracle configuration expertise and best practices for sales business functions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Order Management.
  • Partner with cross-functional business groups to implement new or improved processes for IT-related business, financial, and operational systems critical to organizational success.

Skills You Bring:

  • Deep experience with Oracle EBS R12 Order management is required; Experience with service, installed base, and related modules is a plus.
  • Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 global manufacturing and distribution environment is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other 4-year degree focusing on information technology or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Oracle Applications development methodologies.
  • Full knowledge of Systems Life Cycle development methodologies and technical experience in Oracle Applications development
  • Proven ability to change status quo and drive process improvements
  • Energetic team player with a can-do attitude

Preferred Skills: (Optional)

  • Experience integrating Oracle EBD R12 with thirty party applications for critical functions in order management area (e.g. CRM, Shipping, etc.)
  • Exposure to newer Oracle capabilities in Order Management, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Data Platform, etc. is a plus
