Key Responsibilities:

1. Business & Requirement Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze business and system data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Work with development teams to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.

3. Process Improvement & Optimization

• Evaluate current business workflows and recommend process enhancements.
• Utilize BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart for process modeling and mapping.
• Ensure alignment of business processes with company goals and industry best practices.

4. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

5. Technology & System Implementation

• Work with IT teams to evaluate and implement new technologies and system enhancements.
• Ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into technical specifications.
• Provide support in software development, ERP implementation, or CRM enhancements.
