Principal Business Analyst

The Principal Business Analyst will play a key leadership role in driving strategic business initiatives across the bank. This position will be responsible for aligning business needs with technology solutions, ensuring business strategies are effectively implemented, and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage deep industry knowledge, data analysis expertise, and leadership skills to influence decision-making at all levels and deliver impactful results in a complex financial environment.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high-impact projects within a banking environment.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial reporting within a banking context.:

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks, or similar certifications.
