Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless collaboration and data exchange within BIM environments.
Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Revit MEP and other BIM tools, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent.
Oversee multi-disciplinary coordination including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems integration.
Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve design conflicts to reduce rework and construction risks.
Generate construction drawings, general arrangement drawings, and documentation directly from BIM models across all design stages (concept, schematic, detailed, and GFC).
Manage BIM data integrity, ensuring models are updated, structured, and accessible to all stakeholders.
Prepare and coordinate BOQ and support quantity extraction from BIM models.
Ensure quality control of BIM deliverables, checking compliance with project requirements and standards.
Support development and enforcement of BIM/CAD standards across teams.
Provide guidance, training, and technical support to junior BIM team members.
Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
Contribute to improving BIM workflows, efficiency, and productivity within the team.
