Key Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and development of the micro school as the Founding Principal.
- Design and implement the academic and operational framework in alignment with IGCSE and Cambridge Board standards.
- Ensure high-quality education delivery and adherence to global best practices in teaching and learning.
- Recruit, train, and manage teaching and administrative staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and the broader school community.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including curriculum planning, assessment, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Principal in a reputed school.
- Proven expertise in IGCSE and Cambridge curriculum.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using technology for administrative and teaching purposes; a personal laptop is mandatory.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve the school's vision.
