Educational Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent qualification. Postgraduate qualification in Technology is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills, well-versed with program and project management tools
Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Architecture, specifically in: Server, Storage & Network Architecture, Virtualization, Software Defined Data Centres, Cloud Implementation.
- Overall IT experience should be 20+ years
- Experience as Principal Architect for at least one completed large-scale IT infrastructure project:
o System user base of more than 10,000 users OR
o Project value exceeding ₹100 Crores
- Experience as an Architect in large-scale IT infrastructure using: OpenStack / Azure / AWS / On-Premise Cloud Stack
- Proficiency in: Data Center Automation, Automation tools and scripting
- Must have hands-on experience in designing and implementing Open-Source On-Premise Cloud solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall solution architecture across all tracks of UIDAI
- Gather business requirements and develop detailed To-Be CIDR architecture
- Keep the architecture updated based on evolving requirements and changes
- Design solutions for data migration and implement the To-Be CIDR architecture
- Coordinate UIDAI's solution designs with vendors and agencies appointed by UIDAI
- Manage the transition from As-Is to To-Be technology architecture of CIDR
- Collaborate with UIDAI's Information Security team to identify and implement critical security changes
- Drive automation initiatives for CIDR operations
- Oversee Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities
