DeC Solutions is responsible for delivering and evolving customer-facing eCommerce solutions within DHL IT Services. Our teams design, build, and modernize digital platforms that support the APAC eCommerce portfolio across key markets, including Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia.

As part of the APAC DeC Solutions organization, you will play a key role in shaping how the APAC eCommerce landscape is architected, modernized, and aligned across countries, driving consistency, scalability, and sustainable delivery across the portfolio.

As a Principal Architect, you will provide regional architectural leadership across the APAC customer-facing eCommerce portfolio, taking ownership of the overall solution direction and ensuring alignment between technology decisions and the APAC eCommerce strategy.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to evaluate new initiatives, define solution approaches, and guide architectural decisions across multiple countries and applications. A key focus of the role is driving portfolio consolidation, modernization, and technology evolution, ensuring platforms remain scalable, resilient, and maintainable as the regional eCommerce landscape grows.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor to both IT and business stakeholders, translating commercial priorities into sustainable architectural solutions and supporting roadmap planning, feasibility assessments, and long-term technical direction.

You bring strong experience with cloud technologies and modern enterprise environments, with a solid understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, and platform design principles. Knowledge of Java-based application ecosystems, modern frameworks, and database technologies will enable you to guide solution design and technology decisions across the portfolio.
