- Lead end-to-end architectural design for all projects, from conceptualization to completion
- Collaborate with senior management, project heads, and clients to establish a clear architectural vision
- Oversee preparation of master plans, layout approvals, schematic designs, working drawings, and 3D visualizations
- Ensure compliance with statutory norms, zoning regulations, environmental laws, and building codes
- Guide and mentor architecture and design teams, including junior architects and draughtsmen
- Coordinate with consultants across structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design disciplines for holistic integration
- Review designs for functionality, aesthetics, feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of documents for approvals from authorities such as CMDA, DTCP, RERA, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in architecture, construction materials, and sustainable design technologies
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong command over architectural design principles, urban planning, and project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM workflows
- Thorough knowledge of building codes, construction regulations, and green building standards
- Excellent design visualization, presentation, and communication abilities
- Leadership and team management skills with a focus on innovation and quality
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and meet critical deadlines
Preferred Background
- Experience in designing high-rise residential, gated communities, commercial, and institutional developments
- Exposure to design coordination, authority approvals, and project execution
- Certifications in sustainable design (LEED, IGBC, or equivalent) are preferred
