- Thorough knowledge of local and national construction codes and green building standards.
- Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on quality and innovation.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in high-rise residential, gated communities, commercial complexes, and institutional projects.
- Exposure to design coordination, project approvals, and site execution.
- Certification in green buildings, LEED, or IGBC (preferred but not mandatory).
