  • Assessment and Quality Assurance:Implement effective assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:Collaborate with parents, community members, and industry partners to enhance the educational experience
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders
  • Budget Management:Develop and manage the academic budget, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Identify and secure funding opportunities to support academic initiatives
  • Professional Development:Encourage and support the professional development of faculty and staff
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Innovation and Research:Encourage and support research initiatives among faculty and students
  • Explore and implement innovative teaching and learning methods
