Principal Sales Operations Specialist
You will report directly to our Senior Director - Governance and you'll work out of our Bangalore, India location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring that our sales governance processes are robust and effective, thereby enabling the sales team to operate at peak performance and achieve their targets.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and roll out quota setting methodology considering demand for 2027.
- Oversee solution seller account mapping in SFDC and drive automation across SFDC, SAP, and T&Q.
- Lead the SAP BI to EDW migration for BA SIP, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Lead and manage governance initiatives to enhance sales excellence across the organization.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices in sales operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address governance gaps and opportunities within the sales processes.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10+ years of transferrable experience in sales governance or sales operations roles.
- Strong understanding of sales governance frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement in sales processes.
- Experience in leading data migration projects, specifically with SAP BI and EDW.
