Our Global Diabetes Capability Center is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Minimed's Diabetes business. As a Financial Analyst In The Employee Expense Management (EEM) Team, You Will Support Day-to-day Service Performance And Governance For Corporate Card Operations While Driving Broader Improvements Through Data, Insights, And Process Optimization. Reporting To The Global EEM Lead, You Will Help Improve Operational Transparency, Service Quality, Compliance, And Efficiency By Building Reporting, Strengthening Analytics, Enabling Automation, And Supporting Continuous Improvement Initiatives Across Shared Service Center (SSC) Processes.Corporate Card Operational Support

Support core card operations (applications, maintenance, exceptions, delinquencies, disputes/chargebacks, feed/reconciliation issues) and coordinate with the card provider and stakeholders for timely issue resolution.

  • Governance & service performance management: Support daily/weekly/monthly governance routines; monitor commitments, track actions, and ensure timely closure on performance and quality topics.
  • Controls, compliance & audit readiness: Maintain process documentation (SOPs, RACIs, control narratives), support evidence standards, and contribute to audit preparedness and remediation tracking.
  • Reporting & performance transparency: Design, maintain, and enhance recurring operational dashboards and management reporting (e.g., SLA/KPI performance, backlog aging, quality trends, turnaround times, risk indicators) to support data-driven decisions across SSC processes.
  • Analytics & insight generation: Analyze operational and financial process data to identify bottlenecks, recurring error patterns, and improvement opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations for process owners and leadership.
  • Automation & standardization: Drive automation and simplification opportunities using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and structured templates/workflows to reduce manual effort, improve cycle time, and improve process consistency.
  • Continuous improvement execution: Maintain and deliver a prioritized improvement backlog; apply structured problem-solving approaches (Lean / Six Sigma / Agile) and track realized benefits, including efficiency gains and service quality improvements.
  • Escalation coordination & issue resolution: Support end-to-end escalation management, including root-cause analysis, corrective action planning, cross-functional coordination, and communication of resolution status.
  • Close support & operational finance integrity: Support process-related close activities (e.g. accrual support) and proactively raise risks that may impact financial accuracy or service continuity.
