Key Responsibilities:
Application Administration & Upgrades:
- Manage and administer Primavera applications, including Premise version upgrades
- Perform integrations between Primavera and other middleware systems
- Maintain technical documentation and improve application support processes
Incident & Service Request Management:
- Monitor, respond to, and troubleshoot service requests and incidents via ITSM system
- Escalate unresolved alerts to the appropriate teams
- Maintain records of user issues and provide insights for preventing future problems
Technical Support & Process Improvement:
- Assist business users by analyzing and remediating application-related issues
- Ensure software and tools are correctly set up, configured, and deployed across EOUKL
- Build a technical culture emphasizing excellence, security, and user experience
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Provide senior management with data highlighting recurring issues and improvement suggestions
- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure optimal application performance
