Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
B.A. in English
B.Ed. (Mandatory)
Convent school background preferred
Strong command over British English (spoken and written)
Experience
Minimum 35 years of teaching experience
Experience In CBSE Curriculum Preferred
Prior experience in reputed English-medium institutions desirable
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with board guidelines.
Develop Students Proficiency In
Grammar
Literature
Creative Writing
Reading & Comprehension
Spoken English & Pronunciation
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and assessment records.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote interactive learning.
Conduct periodic assessments and provide constructive feedback to parents.
Organize literary activities such as debates, elocution, storytelling, and drama.
Maintain academic documentation as per school policy.
Skill Requirements
Excellent pronunciation with neutral/Anglo-Indian accent preferred
Strong classroom management skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of phonics and language enrichment programs
Proficiency in MS Office and smart board teaching
