Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Primary Teacher at The Upnishad School, located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, developing curriculum for primary-level students, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and monitoring student progress. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, maintaining classroom discipline, and communicating effectively with parents to provide student feedback and support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education for primary-level students
- Strong skills in Teaching and classroom management
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Educational background in Education or a related field; Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) preferred
- Dedication to creating an inclusive, nurturing learning environment
- Prior experience in primary education roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of CBSE curriculum is a plus
