Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

* Take overall responsibility for the holistic development of students in the assigned class.

* Teach all core subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, etc.) as per the CBSE curriculum.

* Create a warm, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for young learners.

* Design engaging lesson plans and innovative activities to develop academic and social skills.

* Assess and track students progress through classwork, assignments, and assessments.

* Encourage participation, creativity, and confidence in students.

* Maintain effective classroom discipline while fostering emotional and social well-being.

* Communicate regularly with parents to provide feedback on student progress and growth.

* Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, training programs, and meetings.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) – Mandatory.

* 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school (mandatory).

* Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

* Ability to handle and mentor young children with patience and care.

* Passionate about early childhood education and holistic student development.
