Job Description

Build a Tech Company Ecosystem. Not a Career.

We're looking for future founders who want to own businesses from idea to revenue and ultimately to exit.

This is not a traditional job.

There is no predefined startup, product, market, or roadmap waiting for you.

Instead, you'll start with a blank slate and work alongside us to discover meaningful opportunities, validate customer problems, launch ventures, and build businesses that generate real revenue.

If you're looking for structure, tasks, and instructions, this role is not for you.

What You'll Do

Discover Opportunities

• Identify underserved markets, customer pain points, and emerging trends.

• Conduct customer interviews and market research.

• Develop and test venture theses based on real-world problems.

Validate Fast

• Work in 15-day validation cycles.

• Focus on evidence, not opinions.

• Kill weak ideas quickly.

• Pivot when required.

• Pursue strong signals aggressively.

Build from Zero

• Define the customer.

• Define the problem.

• Define the value proposition.

• Acquire the first users.

• Generate the first revenue.

Lead the Venture

• Own decision-making.

• Drive customer acquisition.

• Build partnerships.

• Recruit future team members when required.

• Act as the founder and leader of the venture.

60-Day Validation Framework

Every 15 days, a thesis is tested.

Success is not proving yourself right.

Success is uncovering the truth as quickly as possible.

During the first 60 days you will:

• Generate and refine venture theses.

• Conduct customer discovery.

• Validate demand.

• Secure early commitments or revenue.

• Decide whether to scale, pivot, or terminate an opportunity.

The goal is not activity.

The goal is evidence.

Preferred Backgrounds

• Startup operators.

• Former founders.

• Builders who have launched projects independently.

• Individuals with demonstrated initiative and execution.

Previous startup experience is valuable but not required.

What matters is your ability to create momentum from nothing.

What We Don't Care About

• Degrees.

• Certifications.

• Corporate titles.

• Coding ability.

• Design ability.

Execution partners can be found.

Founder mentality cannot.

Compensation

Equity-Based Partnership

• 20% fixed equity allocation.

• Up to 5% additional performance-based equity.

Total potential ownership: 25%.

We believe founders should think like owners because they are owners.

Commitment

• Full-time only.

• India-based.

• Long-term commitment required.
