Role Description The Primary Partner (Entrepreneur-in-Virtual-Residence) is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of new single-feature applications, from concept to initial traction. In this role, you will identify market opportunities, define product hypotheses, and validate ideas through rapid testing, user interviews, and data-driven experiments. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and other partners to prioritize features, shape product roadmaps, and launch MVPs. On a day-to-day basis, you will assess product performance, refine value propositions, and make build/iterate/retire decisions for each concept. You will also contribute to refining the Entrext Labs venture-building process, documenting learnings and developing repeatable frameworks for future products.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience launching, growing, or significantly contributing to startups, new ventures, or new product lines.
- Strong product discovery and validation skills, including customer development, user research, hypothesis testing, and MVP design.
- Ability to define and track key metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, conversion) and make data-informed decisions under uncertainty.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing) in a remote, distributed environment.
- Comfort with no-code/low-code tools or working closely with technical teams to bring rapid prototypes to life.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and learnings.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple experiments and initiatives simultaneously.
- Prior experience in venture studios, accelerators, product management, or innovation labs is a plus.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving market conditions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degrees are welcome but not required.
