Primary Coordinator for its Cambridge Assessment International Education curriculum. You're accountable for academic quality, teacher performance, and student outcomes across Grades I–V.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Primary Section under Cambridge framework
- Ensure lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and classroom standards meet international benchmarks
- Train, mentor, and evaluate teachers regularly
- Drive student learning outcomes and assessment quality
- Conduct classroom observations and implement improvements
- Maintain academic documentation and compliance
- Handle parent communication and academic concerns
- Support admissions, events, and school initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Education or relevant field)
- B.Ed. is not mandatory
- Proven experience as Primary Coordinator / Academic Head / Senior PRT
- Strong understanding of Cambridge Assessment International Education curriculum
- Strong leadership, training, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
