Pre-Primary Coordinator for its Cambridge Assessment International Education curriculum wing. We are seeking a leader who can drive early years excellence, improve teacher performance, and promote child-centered learning standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage pre-primary academic operations, ensuring high-quality delivery across classrooms.
- Supervise lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom teaching standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate teachers through regular observations and professional development.
- Create and maintain engaging, safe, and development-focused learning environments for young children.
- Maintain Cambridge early years standards, records, and required documentation.
- Foster strong communication with parents to build trust and improve satisfaction.
- Support admissions activities, school events, and initiatives that strengthen the school's brand.
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate qualification; B.Ed., NTT, Montessori, or Early Childhood qualifications preferred.
- Proven experience as a Pre-Primary Coordinator, Academic Head, or Senior Pre-Primary Teacher.
- Strong understanding of Cambridge or other international early years curricula.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability in classroom observation, teacher coaching, and training.
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000/month
