Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Priest. The Priest will perform religious ceremonies, provide spiritual guidance, and offer pastoral care to community members. Responsibilities include administering sacraments, leading worship services, providing pastoral counseling, and supporting individuals and families in times of spiritual or emotional need. The Priest will also assist in fostering community engagement and guiding members in ways that align with spiritual principles and teachings.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Theology and strong understanding of religious doctrines
- Demonstrated skills in Chaplaincy and Pastoral Counseling
- Experience in providing Pastoral Care and performing spiritual guidance
- Ability to lead Pastoral activities, worship services, and religious ceremonies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and compassionate listening skills
- Proven ability to support individuals and communities in spiritual and emotional wellness
- Formal religious training or credentials are preferred
- Experience working within diverse cultural and religious contexts is an asset
