This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pricing - Freight Forwarding professional at our Mumbai office. The primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing freight pricing strategies, coordinating with carriers and other vendors, providing competitive quotes to clients, and monitoring market trends to ensure cost-effective and efficient solutions. The role will also involve collaboration with the customer service and forwarding teams to enhance operational processes and meet client requirements.

• Proven knowledge and experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation operations.
• Strong expertise in Forwarding and Export processes, and an understanding of global logistics systems.
• Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on client interactions and resolving freight-related queries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate pricing structures and optimize logistics strategies.
• Proficiency with standard logistics and transportation software tools; experience in pricing or procurement systems is a plus.
• Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.
