Purpose:
To act as a commercial mind partner for Business Team to enhance and protect value of organization.
Role Summary:
To undertake pricing and build commercial models for customers by collaborating with the Business Team, Sourcing and GCD. To work on analytics for Management with a focus on competitive edge mapping for GSL.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pricing: To lead costing and subsequently pricing for various products and key customers. To act as a mind partner for Key Account Manager/ Sales Team to enhance value in business.
- Transfer Pricing: Formulating the framework and helping Systems team in setting up systems for Pricing. Ensuring that transactions between related entities (like a parent company and its subsidiary) are priced fairly and comply with tax regulations
- Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure value protection by conducting contribution analysis, cost validation, contract status monitoring, etc.
- Analytics: To lead and map market size of various products, conduct competition analysis, competitive edge mapping for GSL and financial analysis of competitors.
- Budgeting: To play a pivotal role in Sales Budgeting for organizations with key focus on volume and contribution budgeting.
- Enhance Team Capability: Guide Business Commercial juniors to build team capability.
