Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to drive data-backed pricing strategies across categories. This role will play a key part in improving margins, competitiveness, and merchant satisfaction in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze pricing data, cost structures, and market trends to recommend optimal pricing strategies
- Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics to ensure competitiveness
- Collaborate with Category, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams
- Build pricing models to evaluate margins, discounts, and promotions
- Track pricing performance, gross margins, and contribution margins
- Support new category launches and city expansions with pricing insights
- Identify pricing leakages and margin improvement opportunities
- Prepare regular pricing reports and dashboards for leadership
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, or related field
- 25 years of experience in pricing, analytics, or revenue management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
