Key Responsibilities
- Price Benchmarking & Strategy
- Analyze SKUs, categories, and competitors to drive pricing decisions
- Maintain and update Key Value Item (KVI) lists for strategic positioning
- Automation & Competitive Intelligence
- Build Python/SQL tools to automate price tracking across countries
- Create dashboards/alerts to monitor price gaps, discounts, and margin leakage
- Category Insights & Experimentation
- Use pricing data to spot high-opportunity and low-performing categories
- Design A/B tests to optimize pricing for conversion, AOV, and profitability
- Ad-hoc Support & Campaigns
- Provide actionable insights for promos, festive pricing, and business queries
- Partner with leadership and category teams on offer design and strategy
Requirements
13 years of eCommerce pricing or category analytics experience
Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Requests/Playwright), and Excel/Sheets
Strong grasp of competitive benchmarking, pricing intelligence, and catalog normalization
Ability to communicate insights clearly and drive data-backed decisions
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
GA4, BigQuery, Power BI or Looker
Prior work with multi-country marketplaces or high-SKU eCommerce platforms
Familiarity with pricing landscapes in India or GCC markets
