Role Description
The Tool & Die Specialist is an on-site, full-time role located in Noida. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining press shop tools and dies and fixture, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing the machining processes. The role also involves providing training to team members, collaborating with project teams for equipment requirements, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout production. The candidate will actively support manufacturing operations and ensure smooth workflow within the facility.
Qualifications / Experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues with press shop tools, dies, fixtures and machinery
- Excellent communication and training skills to effectively collaborate with the team and mentor junior staff
- Expertise in machining processes and operating relevant equipment
- Project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects efficiently
- Strong understanding of quality assurance standards and safety procedures
- Relevant experience in the HVAC or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- A certificate or diploma in Tool & Die Making or a related engineering field
