Role Description

The Press Shop Production Head is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad. The individual in this role will oversee daily production activities in the press shop, ensure compliance with quality standards, and coordinate with other departments to meet operational goals. Responsibilities include supervising the press team, implementing process improvements, managing schedules, and ensuring safety protocols are followed diligently. The role requires active problem-solving to optimize productivity and maintain production targets.

Qualifications

Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering

Skills Required:

1. Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes (blanking, forming, punching)
2. Hands-on experience with mechanical/hydraulic presses
3. Production planning & manpower management
4. Preventive maintenance coordination with tool room
5. Quality awareness (SPC, 7 QC tools, 5S)
