Job Description

  • Carry out Press operation for forging of jobs
  • - Manage shift activities and complete assigned tasks
  • - Ensure safety of associates & equipment health
  • - Maintain record of forging operation & job dimension
  • - Carry out TBT
  • - Co-ordinate with Maintenance for Preventive maintenance planning or breakdown of equipment
  • - Co-ordinate with EDRC for document related issues
  • - Co-ordinate with Fettling & HT shop for subsequent activities
  • - Carry out TPM of Press & Manipulator
  • - Discard Loading & Shifting to SMS
  • - Scanning & uploading of documents in common folder
  • - Scanning & uploading of documents in online Traveller system
  • - ERP Punching (Machine Hours, Scrap Generation, Project Closing, Tool & Furnace Support Life)
  • Location - Hazira , Surat
  • Qulification - Diploma, BE, BTech (Mechanical, Production)
