K K Wagh Education Society 50 years of education legacy across Maharashtra is launching its Early Years campus in Navi Mumbai, and we're looking for the teachers who'll define what it feels like.

What your days will look like:

• Designing play-based experiences that make children lean in with curiosity
• Weaving social, emotional, and cognitive learning into everything even snack time
• Collaborating with parents as partners
• Working across our five levels: Playgroup Pre-K1 Pre-K K1 K2

You'll thrive here if you:

• Hold an ECCEd, Montessori, NTT, or equivalent qualification
• Have worked with children aged 26 and genuinely love this age group
• Believe play IS the curriculum not a break from it
• Can hold a room of 12 four-year-olds with warmth
• Are comfortable wearing more than one hat because in a small school, everyone does
