Roles and responsibilities:

• Maintains required reports and records for every child in the class in the app/diary as the case may be.
• Manage the classroom interiors with relevant art and craft to provide a playful learning environment.
• Ensures safety for the child and is loving/kind to them.
• Ensures periodic communiques to parents
• Is innovative whilst lesson planning for day to day classes
• Makes monthly and weekly planners
• Ensures that the lesson planners (post approval from Academics Head) is adhered to.
• Ensures that observations and assessments of children are carried out daily/weekly.
• Ideating, planning, and executing events, trips, celebrations etc. along with colleagues, as per the Events Calendar
• Ensures the safety, health, hygiene and security of the child along with the other teaching and non-teaching staff.
