Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Preschool Teacher role based in Noida. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum, fostering the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of preschool-aged children. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment, collaborating with colleagues and parents, and providing individualized attention to students to support their development and learning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Strong knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues
• Familiarity with kindergarten teaching methodologies or experience working in a preschool/kindergarten setting
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the needs of young learners
• Relevant education or certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred
