Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Preschool Teacher. The Preschool Teacher will engage with young learners, create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, and contribute to effective curriculum development. Responsibilities include maintaining a vibrant classroom environment, fostering social and cognitive development, and collaborating with parents to ensure the holistic growth of children.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for early childhood education.
• Proficiency in Early Childhood Education principles and experience working with preschool or kindergarten-aged children.
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage with young learners, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• Ability to create an interactive and safe learning environment for young children.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
• Enthusiasm, patience, and a passion for teaching young children.
