Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located in Dharapuram. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, designing and delivering activities aligned with the curriculum, and promoting the overall development of young learners. The role involves providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore and learn. The Preschool Teacher will collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents to ensure that all children reach their developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Knowledge and understanding of Early Childhood Education principles
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to teach and guide children in Kindergarten or equivalent levels
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children
• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques
