Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Coordinator based in Jaipur. The Preschool Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth implementation of the curriculum aligned with Bodhira's philosophy. Responsibilities include training and supervising educators, creating schedules, maintaining a nurturing learning environment, and collaborating with parents to support each child's development. The coordinator will also track children's progress, manage resources, and ensure compliance with educational standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Proficiency in curriculum planning, program implementation, and assessing child development
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience or familiarity with teaching methodologies like Montessori, Waldorf, and Social & Emotional Learning is highly beneficial
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols in early childhood education settings
- Passion for nurturing young children and fostering a joyful learning environment
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience as a preschool teacher or coordinator is a strong asset
