Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Kalyan East. The Preschool Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high educational standards, managing staff, and maintaining an engaging learning environment. Additional responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with parents, addressing inquiries, organizing events, and implementing systems to ensure efficient functioning of the center.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage staff, daily operations, and center resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents, staff, and children
- Experience in early childhood education, staff training, and curriculum implementation
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, scheduling, and documentation
- Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment for children
- Previous experience in education management is an advantage
- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or a related field is preferred
