The role will be responsible to develop and implement the presales strategies for the domains of CPaaS - Voice, to drive business growth and meet revenue targets. The role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions by analysing the customers use cases and crafting the techno commercial solution. The incumbent will be a market-facing, subject matter expert focused on enterprise customers unique needs in the domains and be able to demonstrate tangible business benefits to the clients through our solutions propositions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and implement pre-sales strategies for CPaaS and industry verticals. Develop value propositions and solution proposals that clearly communicate business benefits.

Perform market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and support revenue targets.

Work with cross-functional teams, including technical and CSD, to understand offerings and translate them into customized client solutions.

Lead client presentations and strategic discussions to demonstrate solution alignment with business objectives.

Manage the creation and delivery of accurate and persuasive proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs, highlighting our strengths and differentiators.

Ensure customer success and drive wallet share growth within assigned domains and accounts.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies in CPaaS and Voice domains.

Required Skills:

Overall 3+ years of experience as a product sales specialist in an Enterprise CPaaS domain.

Strong knowledge of the CPaaS market and technical solutions, specifically Voice , Cloud Telephony , IVR, OBD and its competitive landscape.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and deliver in a multi-stakeholder eco-system.
