Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of pre-sales tele-callers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.
- Develop and implement effective tele-calling strategies and scripts to maximize lead generation.
- Create a positive and goal-oriented work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Operations & Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor team activities, including call volume, talk time, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Analyze data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (MIS - Management Information System) for senior management.
- Ensure the team maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure professional and effective communication with potential clients.
- Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Oversee the process of lead generation through outbound and inbound calls.
- Ensure a high conversion rate of inquiries into qualified leads and scheduled site visits.
- Address complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing guidance to the team on how to handle difficult situations.
- Stay updated on all real estate projects, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively guide the team.
- Training & Development:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for the existing team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills.
- Empower team members with the skills and confidence needed to excel in their roles.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the sales managers to schedule and track site visits and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as a Team Leader in a tele-calling or pre-sales role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- A strong track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other tele-calling tools.
