About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and target-driven Appointment Setter (Pre-Sales Executive) to join our Sales team.

You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling product demos or meetings for our SaaS-based CRM solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who loves communication, understands business pain points, and enjoys being the first touchpoint in the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement: Call, email, and message potential clients to introduce our SaaS/CRM solutions.
  • Qualify Leads: Identify prospect's needs, pain points, and budget before forwarding to the sales team.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book product demos or sales calls for Account Executives / Sales Managers.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate lead records, status, and call notes in the CRM.
  • Follow-ups: Re-engage warm leads and maintain consistent communication.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Reporting: Share daily/weekly performance reports on calls, qualified leads, and appointments booked.

Requirements

  • Experience: 13 years in telesales, pre-sales, appointment setting, or inside sales (SaaS or CRM background preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent English speaking and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and automation tools.
  • Target-oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, persuasive, confident, and persistent.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of marketing automation, sales funnels, or CRM platforms.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or software sales.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, or WhatsApp marketing tools.
