About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Specialist to support the Business Development Franchise (B2C) team. This role will focus on first-level lead screening, customer interaction, qualification, and ensuring only high-intent prospects are passed to the sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling calls, structured in qualification processes, and disciplined in follow-ups to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct first-level screening of inbound and outbound B2C leads.
  • Engage prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or digital channels to understand requirements and intent.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, location, readiness, technical feasibility, etc.).
  • Educate prospects on franchise offerings, business model basics, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and ensure proper documentation of lead interactions.
  • Pass qualified leads to the Business Development team with structured notes and context.
  • Follow up with warm leads to improve lead-to-meeting conversions.
  • Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics related to lead qualifications.
  • Coordinate with marketing and BD teams to improve lead quality and targeting.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • 2 years of experience in B2C pre-sales, inside sales, or lead qualification roles.
  • Strong calling skills with the ability to engage and qualify prospects effectively.
  • Clear communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with CRM tools and structured lead management processes.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to understand basic business or technical concepts and explain them clearly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
