Analyze and Qualify RFXs- (RFP, RFQ and RFI) Requests
Bid manage and author RFP, RFQ, RFI responses- single Service Line/Tower as well as multi Service-line/Tower deals
Bid manage deals of all sizes including advisor led deals
Bid manage proactive proposals
Manage the bid process to construct the value proposition by working with various teams – technology teams, service line teams , practices, finance, legal etc
Participate in deal solution design and development with hands on experience of working on AMS solutions and estimations
Create Capability presentations/sales pitch for sales team for sales meetings
Orchestrate and manage client visits- define the value themes and propositions based on the client needs
Create and manage content and repository – reusable content , case studies , standard sales /capability presentation
Skill sets
Proven IT Services multi service line bid management and pre-sales experience
Handson experience in AMS solution development and estimation
Understanding of industry processes /domain – at least one of Retail, Consumer Good industry
Broad understanding of Technology understanding and appreciation
Deep Understanding of IT industry services offerings across services like AMS, AD, Infra , Digital , consulting etc
Excellent MS Word document and MS presentation creation skills
Hands on experience of using Gen AI tools
Good commercial acumen
Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills ( written and spoken ) – English
