Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Specialist located in Noida. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with clients, delivering product demonstrations, addressing customer queries, and providing technical guidance throughout the pre-sales process. They will work closely with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions tailored to client needs, while maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services.

• Exceptional communication skills to efficiently engage with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in consulting and presales activities, including delivering presentations and demonstrations
• Customer service orientation to build lasting client relationships and address inquiries effectively
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in the real estate or PropTech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
