Job Summary
Verz Design is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Technical Consultant / Solution Architect to support our growing Enterprise Solutions business unit. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements, technical design, and delivery, working closely with functional analysts, business development managers, external vendor teams, and enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in crafting technical proposals, building proof-of-concepts, managing partner delivery, and architecting modern enterprise web systems centered on SharePoint Online, Progress Sitefinity, Custom PHP, and practical AI integration.
Location: India / Philipphines
Budget: up to SGD $1200/monthly
Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture & Technical Design: Translate functional specifications, enterprise needs, and tender/RFQ documents into robust, scalable system architecture designs.
- Pre-Sales & RFP Support: Collaborate with the Business Development team to prepare technical proposals, answer RFQs, evaluate project risks, and estimate effort/costs.
- Client Engagement & AI Demos: Conduct discovery sessions, technical presentations, and live solution demos or Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) incorporating AI capabilities for enterprise clients.
- Outsourced Vendor Management: Evaluate, brief, and technically manage third-party software vendors or offshore teams to ensure technical specifications, delivery timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate tech stacks, tools, and integration patterns (APIs, databases, application servers) to meet client goals.
- Value Addition & Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities to embed enterprise AI capabilities (e.g., automated workflows, smart site search, generative AI tools) into client solutions to enhance business efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in technical pre-sales consulting and 3+ years in hands-on software development and system implementation.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Proven track record of managing and reviewing the output of external software development vendors or outsourced partners.
- Enterprise CMS & Portals: Technical depth in SharePoint Online (including Power Platform / Microsoft Copilot Studio basics) and Progress Sitefinity.
- Web & Custom PHP Development: Proficiency in PHP (modern frameworks), JavaScript, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX on Linux platforms.
- AI Knowledge & Integration: Hands-on experience or architectural understanding of integrating AI services (e.g., OpenAI/Azure OpenAI APIs, AI chatbots, vector search, image processing/OCR, or automated tagging) into web applications.
- Microsoft Tech Stack: Solid foundation in .NET / C# development and web application concepts.
- Integrations & Data: Strong expertise in database design, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Web Services (REST / SOAP APIs) to drive system interoperability.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills to interact with stakeholders, lead client pitches, and draft tender responses.
Advantageous to Have
- Experience with AI framework integrations
- Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud hosting environments (AWS/Azure) and server deployment setup.
