Hiring Managers and Directors for Solutioning, Presales, RFP, IT Services.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Identify customer requirements and architect solutions and provide high quality responses to RFPs / RFIs as part of bid management process.
- Interfacing with various functional groups to obtain information required for proposals, compile and review to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Mapping of relevant sections requested in a Bid/RFP with different groups for support.
- Liaising with multiple functional teams /groups to align with customer's requirements and help create a winning response.
- Responsible to support the sales teams in workshops and client presentations with effective co-ordination from multiple functional teams in the organization.
- Interacting with supplier/ vendors for new products / services offerings.
- Responsible for management of the repository and ensuring that all the documentation has been done and submitted in the repository for future use
