Job Description

Overview:

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect in TCS Digital Field Service Management (DFSM) Practice, you will be combining your strong knowledge of Salesforce cloud technologies (Field Service Lightning/Service Cloud, ServiceMax) and your ability to consult, design and deliver robust technical solutions, whilst also assisting the account/ISU teams to deliver well-crafted solutions on new bids and proposals. Will also be required play Solution Architect role on customer projects as required.

Job Location:

This role may be based from any TCS location across India.

Critical Needs:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in CRM with minimum 2 year in Salesforce delivery/implementation experience
  • Knowledge on Salesforce application implementation including, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development Salesforce objects, Visual Force pages, Apex Classes, Triggers etc.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration approach
  • Knowledge and experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning concepts
  • Possesses the individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables and are of the highest calibre and ensure client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of proposal response during RFP/RFI Submission
  • Solution fitment for field service lightning (FSL) cloud/service cloud, ServiceMax
  • Ability to function independently and manage stakeholder expectations including Account heads, Practice leadership team.
  • Responsible for creating estimation, pricing, resource loading and getting finance approval before submission.
  • Involve in Presales assets, Case studies and Reference building activities
  • Perform capability presentation and demo of latest Salesforce features in compliance with customer requirements
  • Governance of response, estimation and pricing content

Travel Required:

This role would require 25% short term overseas and local business travel to attend Solution workshop, Oral presentation and Partner events like Dreamforce.

Travel would be required during customer visit for Capability presentation, RFP Solution workshop, Proposal Oral defence, attending any classroom training or to participate in any meetings/summit.
