Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Leadership:
- Own end-to-end solutioning for large, strategic deals across multiple service lines and geographies.
- Drive solution strategy, pricing, and value proposition to ensure competitive positioning.
- Pre-Sales Management:
- Lead and mentor pre-sales teams to deliver high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with client requirements, business objectives, and LTIMindtree's capabilities.
- Own - End to End Proposal lifecycle , Technology and Managed services solutions, commercials etc
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams to create integrated solutions.
- Engage with CXO-level client stakeholders to articulate LTIMindtree's value proposition.
- Innovation & Thought Leadership:
- Bring industry insights and emerging technology trends into solution design.
- Develop reusable solution frameworks and accelerators to improve efficiency and win rates.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure solutions adhere to organizational standards, risk management, and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 17+ years in IT services, with significant exposure to pre-sales, solutioning, and large deal leadership.
- Expertise:
- Strong understanding of IT services across Application Development, Cloud, Digital Transformation, AI, Data & Analytics, and Managed Services.
- Proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar deals and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience and knowledge of any particular vertical like Life Sciences, Insurance, TTH (Travel, Transport & Hospitality) will be added advantage
