Presales Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading presales and solutioning activities for Smart City, Safe City, ITMS, ICCC, and Surveillance projects

• Understanding and analyzing RFP/RFQ/Tender documents along with preparation of detailed technical compliance responses

• Designing end-to-end SITC solutions covering surveillance, networking, command control centers, integrated security systems, and smart governance solutions

• Preparing DPRs (Detailed Project Reports), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), technical documentation, BOQ/BOM, estimation sheets, and architecture diagrams

• Managing OEM coordination and working closely with technology partners for technical solution finalization

• Participating in client meetings, pre-bid discussions, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations

• Coordinating with Government departments, Smart City SPVs, Consultants, PMCs, OEMs, and internal delivery teams

• Supporting technical bid submissions, techno-commercial evaluations, and project planning activities

• Ensuring technical compliance as per Government standards, project requirements, and SLA commitments

• Collaborating with project execution teams during project transition and implementation phases

Preferred Experience:

• Candidate with 5+ yrs of experience in the Government Vertical. BE/B.Tech graduate is preferred.
• Experience in Government tendering, bid management, and technical proposal preparation
• Hands-on expertise in OEM coordination, technical documentation, and SITC-based projects
• Exposure to Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC) ecosystems and surveillance infrastructure
• Candidates from Big 4 consulting firms, reputed System Integrators, or Government infrastructure organizations will be highly preferred.
