Job Summary:
We areseeking a motivatedand skilled PreSales Senior Executiveto work as anindividual contributorsupporting thesales team. Inthis role, youwill engage withpotential clients, understand theirreal estate investmentneeds, provideproduct knowledge, and delivertailored solutionsthat help drivethe sales pipeline. You will collaborateclosely withinternal teamsbut will primarilyfocus on yourown portfolioof pre-sales activitieswithout managinga team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients to understand their real estate investment needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate and qualify leads for real estate properties and investment products.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, market insights, and competitive analysis to support client decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, and developers (especially Category A developers if applicable) to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Assist in negotiation and closure support by addressing client queries and preparing required documentation.
- Maintain a strong understanding of real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory environment.
- Manage and update CRM systems with client interaction details and sales progress.
- Support senior sales management with reporting and documentation related to pre-sales activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of pre-sales processes and sales collateral.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 0-4 years of experience in PreSales, Sales Support, or Business Development, preferably in real estate.
- Understanding of real estate sales processes, property investment products, and market dynamics.
- Experience working with Category A real estate developers is a definite advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- High customer orientation and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-growing startup environment.
